2. Payment & All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been made.

Payment must be submitted in full before any services begin, including resume writing and application support.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in service termination and further action if necessary.

3. Application Support Services – Scope & Delivery

Bridge It Resources provides job search support services, including resume development and application submission assistance.

Applications are submitted on your behalf based on the information you provide
Services are completed within the stated timeline for your selected package
Timelines begin once full payment and all required information are received

Important:
We do not complete job assessments, tests, or pre-employment screenings on your behalf in order to maintain the integrity of the hiring process.

However, we may provide general guidance, resources, and tips to help you prepare and complete assessments independently.

4. Resume Services – Terms & Delivery

All resumes are delivered electronically (PDF format unless otherwise specified). No physical copies will be provided.

Standard turnaround time is 10 business days unless expedited service is selected.

Turnaround begins once payment and all required details are received.

5. Hours of Operation

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM CST and 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST.

All inquiries, updates, and service-related communication will be responded to within these hours. Messages received outside of business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be addressed on the next business day.

6. No Guarantees – Job Placement & Results

While we provide strategic, results-driven support, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or specific outcomes.

Results depend on multiple factors, including your experience, qualifications, responsiveness, and current job market conditions.

Bridge It Resources does not influence or control employer hiring decisions.

7. Job Listings Disclaimer

Bridge It Resources shares job opportunities as a resource only and is not affiliated with or employed by the companies listed.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any job posting. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own research before applying.

We are not responsible for communication, decisions, or outcomes between you and any employer.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Due to the time, effort, and customization involved, we do not offer refunds on resume services, application support, or digital products.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bridge It Resources is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions throughout the job search process.

12. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of your state of residence.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services.
